Mums Bumps and Bubs
A new and exciting programme for pregnant women and mothers with young babies. After just joining the world of Motherhood and attending my own mothers group I sat and listened to 90% of these women state that the one thing they wanted to be able to do is attend a fitness class during the day that they didn't need a babysitter for. Well who better than me can run a dance class knowing exactly what muscles new mums want back whilst having their bubs at their sides. I have devised a new movement class incorporating jazz and ballet styles as well as stretching, strengthening and fun all with your baby being involved.
Classes will be running at various locations through Melbourne. Sessions will commence once I have a minimum of 6 mothers wanting to begin. There will be a total of 6 sessions per level.

Pregnancy Classes
I am also running a similar fitness class for pregnant women. This class will focus more on relaxation and strengthening rather than aerobic exercises.
